The Village of Constantine Michigan
Continues to tackle issues with groundwater infiltration into its sanitary sewer system. In action Monday evening (April 5th), the Constantine Village Council approved a payment to ProForm Pipe Lining Company of Mishawaka, Indiana for sewer work it did between December of 2009 and March of 2010.
The work was completed to address groundwater infiltration that has increased the amount of effluent sent to the Clean Water Plant in Three Rivers for treatment
